This is where women share what’s changed their lives.

Working Women Mentor is built on real conversations, honest pivots, and the mentor moments that help women move forward, with more clarity, confidence, and direction.

Why this exists

So many women are figuring things out on their own.

They have ideas.
They have ambition.
They know they want more.

But what they don’t always have is access to the kind of conversations, mentorship, and perspective that actually helps them move forward.

Working Women Mentor was created to change that.

What you’ll find here

Each episode features real women sharing the moments that shaped them

  • The decisions that changed their direction
  • The challenges they had to navigate
  • The lessons they wish they had learned sooner

We call them mentor moments.

Not highlight reels.
Not perfect paths.
Just real stories, with real impact.

What makes this different

This isn’t about telling you what to do.

It’s about giving you access to the kinds of conversations that help you think differently, move faster, and trust your next step.

Because sometimes, the right perspective is all it takes to change everything.

What I’ve learned along the way

Hi, I’m Rani, the host behind Working Women Mentor.

Building this podcast has been one of the most eye-opening experiences of my life.

Not just because of the conversations, but because of everything happening behind the scenes.

The planning.
The content.
The time it takes to turn an idea into something real.

And like most women, I didn’t start with a system.

I figured it out as I went.

But over time, I found a simpler way to do things, one that made it easier to create, stay consistent, and actually follow through.

And that’s something I’ve started sharing more of here, too.

Who this is for?

This is for the woman who:

  • Knows she has something to say
  • Has an idea she hasn’t acted on yet
  • Is tired of overthinking and wants to move
  • Is ready for clarity, but doesn’t want complexity

She doesn’t need more information.

She needs the right perspective, and a better way to start.
