Master Terms of Use
Governing Entity: The Working Women Mentor (“Working Women Mentor,” “Rani Alfers” “we,” or “us”)
Binding Nature: By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Working Women Mentor product, service, membership, tool, or experience (collectively, the “Services”), you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Master Terms of Use and any applicable Product Addendum. These terms are legally enforceable and intended to protect both you and Working Women Mentor.
1: GENERAL SCOPE & STRUCTURE
These Master Terms apply to all Working Women Mentor offerings unless expressly superseded by a specific Product Addendum. Product Addenda (organized by product and accessible from this page) provide offer-specific terms including deliverables, payment structures, refund eligibility, and access rights.
When applicable, the Addendum and these Master Terms operate in tandem. The Addendum will control only where expressly different; otherwise, both apply together.
You agree to read the Master Terms and any relevant Product Addendum in full before purchase. By proceeding with payment or accessing any content, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound.
2: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, LICENSE & PROHIBITED USES
2.1 Ownership
The Working Women Mentor Société retains all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, licenses, and other intellectual property rights in any original or derivative work created in connection with the Services. This includes, without limitation: videos, modules, audio recordings, written documents, downloadable files, community materials, training resources, sales copy, digital tools, proprietary systems and processes (including the “7 Day AI Powered Podcast Launch”), and any other original content or materials provided.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property from The Working Women Mentor to Client. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2.2 License Grant
Upon purchase or authorized access, The Working Women Mentor grants Client a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content solely for personal or internal business purposes, as permitted under these Terms.
2.3 Prohibited Uses
Without prior written consent from The Working Women Mentor, you may not:
- Copy, edit, distribute, or reproduce Content;
- Share Content with anyone who has not purchased the Services;
- Claim authorship of Working Women Mentor Content;
- Incorporate Content into products, programs, or trainings for resale;
- Use Content for client delivery, team-wide implementation, or corporate training without a separate license;
- Share login credentials or purchased materials with any other person or entity.
2.4 Enforcement
Working Women Mentor actively monitors for unauthorized use. Any violation may result in immediate access revocation without refund, legal action, and pursuit of all available remedies.
2.5 Access Limitations
Unless expressly authorized in writing:
- All Services are licensed for one individual;
- Login credentials must not be shared;
- Multi-user or corporate licenses require a separate agreement;
- Purchasing with the intent to resell or distribute access is prohibited.
Any violation of this Section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, and may trigger legal action.
2.6 Gifted Access
Complimentary access, when offered:
- Is non-transferable and may be revoked for misuse, inactivity, or breach;
- May exclude paid-level support, bonuses, or updates unless stated;
- May expire on a stated date unless purchased;
- Cannot be gifted to a third party without written approval.
Any misuse of gifted access, including unauthorized sharing, resale, or use beyond the permitted scope, will result in immediate revocation without refund and may trigger legal action.
3: PAYMENT TERMS & CHARGEBACK POLICY
3.1 Payment Authorization
By completing a purchase, you authorize The Working Women Mentor to process the full transaction amount according to the payment terms displayed at checkout and in the applicable Product Addendum. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Payments are processed through secure third-party processors. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method and billing information remain current and accurate throughout the payment period.
3.2 Installment Plans
If you select a payment plan:
- All installments must be paid in full, regardless of participation, satisfaction, or completion of the Service.
- You authorize automatic charges to your payment method per the agreed schedule.
- Failed payments must be resolved within five (5) calendar days of notice. After two failed attempts with no response, your account may be suspended and the balance sent to collections.
- Suspension or termination for non-payment does not cancel your obligation to complete the plan.
3.3 Non-Payment
Overdue payments not remedied within the grace period may result in:
- Suspension or permanent revocation of access without refund.
- Withholding of deliverables, bonuses, or ongoing support.
- Collection of the remaining balance through legal means, including third-party agencies.
3.4 No Withholding
You may not withhold or offset payments for any reason, including dissatisfaction, disputes, or delivery delays, unless required by law.
3.5 Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, you must submit a written request to [email protected] and allow seven (7) business days for resolution. Unwarranted chargebacks are a material breach of this Agreement and may result in:
- Immediate termination of all Services.
- Dispute of the chargeback with full documentation.
- Reporting of misuse to payment processors and relevant authorities.
- Recovery of any chargeback fees, costs, or damages.
3.6 Taxes & Currency
You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and currency conversion fees related to your purchase. Payments must be made in the currency specified at checkout.
4: REFUND POLICY
4.1 General Policy
Unless expressly stated in a Product Addendum, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the program description and deliverables, understand that digital and/or live components are provided on an immediate-access basis, and waive any right to rescind or cancel your purchase except where otherwise required by law.
4.2 Conditional Guarantees
If a Service offers a conditional guarantee, the eligibility requirements will be set forth in the relevant Product Addendum and are binding. To qualify, you must meet all stated conditions, which may include:
- Completing all assigned coursework, templates, and exercises.
- Attending or viewing all required training calls.
- Submitting proof of implementation in the requested format.
- Meeting any stated deadlines.
Failure to meet these requirements automatically voids eligibility.
4.3 Refund Requests
Where a conditional guarantee applies, you must:
- Submit your request in writing to [email protected] by the deadline in the Product Addendum.
- Provide your full name, purchase email, and proof of completed work as required.
Working Women Mentor will review and respond within ten (10) business days. Approved refunds will be processed in the original payment method within thirty (30) days of approval.
4.4 Non-Qualifying Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances.
- Failure to participate, attend calls, or access materials.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference where deliverables match the program description.
- Claims made after the stated refund window.
- Ineligibility caused by missed deadlines or incomplete submissions.
4.5 Payment Plan Obligations
If a refund request is denied, you remain financially responsible for all remaining payments in any active payment plan.
4.6 Final Determination
All refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of The Working Women Mentor Société. A prior approval does not create any obligation or precedent for future cases.
5: ACCESS & DELIVERY
5.1 Delivery Methods
Working Women Mentor Services may be delivered through:
- Live sessions via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.
- Recorded modules, audio trainings, or masterclasses.
- Digital portals or learning platforms such as Kajabi.
- Downloadable materials including templates, workbooks, scripts, and checklists.
The specific format for each Service will be identified in the applicable Product Addendum or at checkout. Working Women Mentor may change delivery methods, including transitioning to different platforms, provided that the core content remains accessible for the stated access period.
5.2 Access Timelines
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant Product Addendum:
- Digital products include a minimum of six (6) months of access from purchase.
- Memberships remain accessible only while payments are current.
- Live programs or cohorts may have time-limited access to replays or portals as stated in onboarding materials.
Where lifetime access is stated, “lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the program, meaning the period during which it is actively offered and supported by Working Women Mentor. Working Women Mentor may retire or discontinue a program at any time with at least thirty (30) days’ notice to affected participants.
5.3 Replay and Recording Availability
Where live sessions are recorded, replay access and expiration dates will be stated in the Product Addendum or onboarding materials. Working Women Mentor is not responsible for replay availability if third-party platforms experience technical failures beyond our control.
5.4 Content Updates and Retirements
Working Women Mentor may update, replace, or remove outdated, inaccurate, or incompatible materials at any time without obligation to provide prior versions. If a Service is retired, any guaranteed or lifetime access will end upon retirement, subject to the notice period in Section 5.2.
5.5 Monitoring and Compliance
Working Women Mentor may monitor portal usage, downloads, and community participation to ensure compliance with licensing and access restrictions outlined in Sections 2 and 3. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.
6: PLATFORM DEPENDENCIES
6.1 Use of Third-Party Platforms
Many Working Women Mentor Services are delivered or supported through third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to Kajabi, Zoom, Microsoft Programs,Dropbox ManyChat, Instagram, Meta, Vimeo, and Google Drive (“Third-Party Platforms”). Access to certain Services may require you to create, maintain, and log in to accounts on these platforms.
6.2 Platform Availability and Changes
Working Women Mentor is not responsible for:
- Downtime, outages, interruptions, or slow performance on Third-Party Platforms.
- Removal or modification of features, tools, or functionality by a Third-Party Platform.
- Termination, suspension, or restriction of your account on a Third-Party Platform for any reason.
- Policy or technical changes that limit or alter your ability to access certain features or content.
If a Third-Party Platform discontinues, changes, or restricts its service in a way that affects the delivery of a Working Women Mentor Service, Working Women Mentor may, at its sole discretion:
- Transition the Service to an alternative platform or delivery method.
- Provide an equivalent replacement resource.
- Retire the affected component without refund, provided that the core deliverables of the purchased Service remain available during the stated access period.
6.3 Compliance with Platform Terms
Your use of Third-Party Platforms is subject to their respective terms of use, privacy policies, and community guidelines. It is your responsibility to review and comply with those terms at all times. Working Women Mentor will not be liable for your violation of a Third-Party Platform’s policies or for any resulting loss of access.
6.4 Dependency on External APIs and Integrations
Some Services may rely on external APIs, automation tools, or social media integrations. Working Women Mentor does not guarantee that these integrations will remain functional indefinitely and is not liable for any changes to platform APIs, data access rules, or automation capabilities.
6.5 Limitations on Lifetime Access
If a Service includes lifetime access or extended replay rights, such access is contingent upon the continued availability of the Third-Party Platform hosting the materials. Should the platform become unavailable, Working Women Mentor may provide an alternative delivery solution at its discretion but is not obligated to recreate or rehost retired materials in perpetuity.
7: USE OF AI-GENERATED MATERIALS
7.1 Incorporation of AI Tools
Certain Working Women Mentor Services may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) or machine learning technologies, including but not limited to chatbots, automated content generators, predictive analytics tools, and AI-assisted copy or design (“AI Tools”). These may be proprietary to Working Women Mentor or integrated from third-party providers. All provisions in Section 6 (Third-Party Platforms) apply to any third-party AI providers.
7.2 Ownership of AI Outputs
Unless otherwise stated in a specific Product Addendum:
- All AI-generated prompts, templates, workflows, and instructional materials created or provided by Working Women Mentor remain the intellectual property of The Working Women Mentor Société and are licensed under the same limited, non-transferable license described in Sections 2 and 2.1.
- You may use AI-generated outputs from Working Women Mentor Services (including draft copy, captions, or scripts) for your personal or internal business use only.
- You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute AI outputs or the underlying prompts, frameworks, or training methods in any form, including incorporation into courses, client work, or digital products, without prior written permission.
7.3 Accuracy and Limitations
While Working Women Mentor applies human oversight to AI-generated materials, we do not guarantee that any AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or free from errors. AI outputs:
- May contain outdated, biased, or incomplete information.
- Are generated based on probabilistic models and training data and may not reflect current law, policy, or best practices.
- Should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and applicability of all AI outputs before using them in your business or personal activities.
7.4 Compliance Obligations
You agree not to input, upload, or share any sensitive personal data, financial information, protected health information, trade secrets, or other confidential material into any AI Tool provided by Working Women Mentor. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform rules, including:
- Data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations.
- Advertising and marketing compliance, including FTC guidelines.
- Intellectual property and copyright laws.
- Platform-specific community guidelines or automation policies.
7.5 Disclaimer of Liability for AI Use
Working Women Mentor disclaims any liability for damages, losses, or claims arising from:
- The content, quality, or accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
- The use or misuse of AI outputs by you or any third party.
- Regulatory or platform penalties related to your implementation of AI-generated content.
- Any consequences of relying solely on AI outputs without human review.
Your use of AI-generated materials is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
8: PRIVACY & DATA POLICY
Our Privacy Policy (available at [https://www.workingwomenmentor.com/privacy-policy]) governs how we collect, store, and use personal information. By using our Services, you consent to:
- Receiving email and SMS communications from Working Women Mentor (opt-out available at any time);
- The use of cookies, pixels, and analytics tools to improve Services and measure performance;
- Secure storage of your account and transaction information;
- Aggregated, anonymized data being used for internal business optimization, service development, and marketing.
9: TESTIMONIALS, RECORDINGS & PUBLIC COMMENTS
9.1 Consent to Use
By participating in any Working Women Mentor program, membership, challenge, event, or other Service, you acknowledge and agree that any feedback, comments, posts, messages, or statements you make – whether in a Working Women Mentor-hosted community (including Kajabi Communities), on group or private calls (including webinars and Zoom meetings), via testimonial collection forms, through direct communication with a Working Women Mentor team member, or on public social media – may be collected, recorded, published, and used by Working Women Mentor for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.
9.2 Recorded Calls
Group coaching calls, workshops, masterclasses, Q&A sessions, and certain private 1:1 (one-on-one) calls may be recorded. By participating, you consent to your voice, image, statements, text-based comments, and contributions being recorded and used in replay libraries, training archives, marketing, advertising, or promotional materials. You waive any right to review or approve such recordings prior to use.
9.3 License Granted
You grant Working Women Mentor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, adapt, edit, transcribe, and create derivative works from your testimonial, comments, or recorded contributions, in whole or in part, in any media format (including but not limited to: websites, emails, advertisements, sales materials, landing pages, social media channels, case studies, and live or recorded presentations).
9.4 Identification
Your name, likeness, business name, title, geographic location, and any other identifying details voluntarily provided may be used alongside your testimonial or recorded contribution unless you request otherwise in writing before publication.
9.5 No Expectation of Privacy
Comments made inside Working Women Mentor platforms, communities, or group settings should not be considered private or confidential. Participation in these spaces means your contributions may be visible to others and used by Working Women Mentor in accordance with these Terms.
9.6 No Compensation
You will not receive payment, royalty, or additional services in exchange for Working Women Mentor’s use of your testimonial, comment, or recorded contribution, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the final version before it is used.
10: COMMUNITY STANDARDS
10.1 Purpose
Working Women Mentor provides communities, coaching environments, and event spaces intended to foster respectful, productive, and supportive interaction. By participating in any Working Women Mentor community (including Kajabi Communities), live or recorded calls, messaging platforms, or in-person events, you agree to the following standards.
10.2 Respectful Engagement
You will treat all participants, staff, and guests with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Disagreements must be expressed constructively and without personal attacks, inflammatory language, or harassment.
10.3 Confidentiality
You will maintain the confidentiality of all peer and coaching discussions, including strategies, personal stories, and shared resources, unless you have the explicit written consent of the individual(s) involved to share outside the group.
10.4 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
- Discrimination or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Defamation, threats, or incitement of violence
- Unsolicited pitching, spamming, or recruitment of participants for your own programs, products, or services without prior written consent from Working Women Mentor
- Sharing of illegal, harmful, or unsafe content
10.5 Intellectual Property Respect
You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose proprietary content, materials, or strategies shared within Working Women Mentor programs or communities without prior written permission.
10.6 Enforcement and Removal
Working Women Mentor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any participant from a program, event, or community – temporarily or permanently – without refund, if their conduct violates these Community Standards or otherwise disrupts the learning environment. Removal may also result in the revocation of access to related materials and platforms.
10.7 No Expectation of Privacy in Group Settings
While Working Women Mentor expects all participants to honor confidentiality, Working Women Mentor cannot guarantee privacy for information shared in group settings. You should exercise discretion when sharing personal or sensitive information.
11: DISCLAIMERS & NO GUARANTEES
11.1 Educational Purpose Only
All Working Women Mentor programs, products, services, and materials (“Services”) are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in our Services should be taken as legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions that could affect your business, finances, health, or well-being.
11.2 No Earnings or Performance Guarantees
Working Women Mentor does not guarantee specific results, whether financial, business, personal, or otherwise, from your use of our Services. Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or income reports are provided for illustration only. Your results will depend on your individual circumstances, skills, market conditions, and other factors outside of Working Women Mentor’s control.
11.3 Assumption of Risk
All decisions made based on information provided by Working Women Mentor are made at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your actions and for any resulting losses, damages, or consequences.
11.4 Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in Working Women Mentor programs and the implementation of any strategies comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in your jurisdiction.
11.5 Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Our Services may reference, integrate with, or require the use of third-party tools, software, or platforms. Working Women Mentor is not responsible for changes in functionality, enforcement of policies, outages, or account issues caused by third-party providers.
11.6 Release of Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Working Women Mentor, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or reliance on our Services.
12: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Working Women Mentor, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Services, or your use thereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to Working Women Mentor for the specific program, product, or service giving rise to the claim.
12.2 Excluded Damages
In no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
(a) Loss of revenue, profits, savings, or goodwill;
(b) Business interruption or delay;
(c) Loss of data, use, or opportunity;
(d) Personal injury or emotional distress; or
(e) Claims by third parties arising from your actions or omissions.
12.3 Third-Party Platforms
Limitations of liability relating to third-party platforms, tools, and integrations are set forth in Section 6 (Platform Dependencies), which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
12.4 Force Majeure
Working Women Mentor shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, supply chain interruptions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, or internet or communication failures.
12.5 Allocation of Risk
You acknowledge and agree that the limitations set forth in this section are fundamental elements of this Agreement and that Working Women Mentor would not be able to provide the Services without such limitations. These limitations shall apply even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.
13: GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to it, the Services, or your use thereof shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13.2 Good Faith Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through written communication. You must send a detailed written description of the dispute to [email protected], and Working Women Mentor will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 Binding Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit it to final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall:
(a) Be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator experienced in commercial contract disputes;
(b) Take place in Dallas County, Texas, unless otherwise mutually agreed;
(c) Allow participation via remote means (video conference) if physical attendance would cause undue hardship;
(d) Be confidential, with the award final and binding and no appeal rights except as provided under the Federal Arbitration Act.
13.4 Waiver of Class Actions and Jury Trials
To the fullest extent permitted by law, both parties agree to resolve disputes solely on an individual basis and waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Both parties also waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding.
13.5 Small Claims Court Exception
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes or claims within that court’s jurisdiction, provided the matter remains in such forum and is not removed or appealed for consolidation with another action.
13.6 Attorneys’ Fees
In any arbitration or proceeding to enforce rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, except where prohibited by law.
14: AMENDMENTS
14.1 Right to Modify
Working Women Mentor reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any Product Addendum at any time, in our sole discretion, to reflect:
(a) Changes in our Services, pricing, features, or program structure;
(b) Modifications required by law, regulation, or industry standards;
(c) Updates to address security, operational, or technical issues;
(d) Clarifications or improvements to enhance user understanding.
14.2 Notice of Material Changes
For changes deemed material, such as alterations to refund policies, dispute resolution provisions, or core service obligations, Working Women Mentor will notify you by:
(a) Email to your account address on file; and/or
(b) Prominent notice within the platform or program dashboard.
14.3 Effective Date and Acceptance
All changes are effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services and, where applicable, request cancellation per the relevant Product Addendum.
14.4 Version Control
Working Women Mentor may maintain an archive of prior Terms for reference. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or most recent renewal will apply unless a change is legally required to take immediate effect.
15: CONTACT & SUPPORT
15.1 Primary Contact Channel
All program-related inquiries, support requests, and account issues must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. This ensures proper tracking and timely responses. Messages sent via personal social media accounts, direct messages to team members, or unrelated channels may not be received or acted upon.
15.2 Response Times
Working Women Mentor aims to respond to most inquiries within two to three business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Complex issues requiring escalation, legal review, or third-party intervention may take longer.
15.3 Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
(a) Monitoring the email address associated with your Working Women Mentor account for updates, deliverables, and support responses;
(b) Providing requested information, documentation, or access credentials promptly;
(c) Notifying Working Women Mentor in advance if you anticipate delays in responding to support follow-ups.
15.4 Limitations on Support
Working Women Mentor is not responsible for:
(a) Missed deadlines, bonuses, or access expirations caused by delayed client communication or incomplete deliverables;
(b) Access issues due to outdated or unsupported devices, browsers, or internet connectivity;
(c) Issues resulting from third-party platform outages, policy changes, or account restrictions.
15.5 Scope of Support
Standard support includes help with accessing purchased Services, navigating program content, and clarifying timelines or policies. Support does not include business coaching, strategic consulting, or unrelated technical troubleshooting unless expressly stated in your program tier.
16: LOW-TICKET OFFERS (LTOs)
16.1 Definition and Scope
For the purposes of these Terms, “Low-Ticket Offers” or “LTOs” are digital products, courses, templates, or bundles sold by Working Women Mentor with a retail price under $300 USD. Current LTOs include, but are not limited to:
16.2 All Sales Final
All LTO purchases are final and non-refundable. These products are delivered instantly or within a short time after payment. You waive any right to chargebacks, refunds, or cancellations except where required by law.
16.3 License and Usage Restrictions
Purchases grant a single, non-transferable license for one individual. Content may not be shared, resold, reproduced, or distributed without written consent from Working Women Mentor. Bulk licensing, corporate use, or group access requires a separate written agreement.
16.4 No Live Coaching or Private Support
Unless explicitly stated at checkout, LTOs do not include live coaching, personalized feedback, private consulting, or community access.
16.5 Platform Dependency
Some LTOs require the use of third-party platforms, tools, or integrations (including but not limited to ManyChat, Instagram, Facebook, Google Drive, Delphi, OpenAI, Riverside, Trello). Working Women Mentor is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or access restrictions imposed by these third parties, or for any resulting loss of access, functionality, or data. You are responsible for complying with all applicable terms of those platforms.
16.6 Compliance and Legal Use
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any LTO complies with all applicable laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and local marketing regulations, and with the rules of any platform where the materials are used. Prohibited uses include spam, scraping, or unauthorized data harvesting.
16.7 AI Disclaimer
Some LTOs may include AI-generated content, prompts, or automation workflows. AI outputs are suggestions and require your review and discretion. Working Women Mentor makes no warranty as to their accuracy, legality, or suitability. You are responsible for ensuring AI outputs meet your brand, compliance, and ethical standards.
16.8 Modifications and Termination
Working Women Mentor may update, modify, or remove LTO content at any time without prior notice, provided purchased materials remain accessible for the stated access term. Access may be revoked without refund if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
17: ACCEPTANCE & ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
By completing a purchase, checking any box indicating agreement to these Terms of Use, or otherwise accessing any Working Women Mentor program, product, membership, or service (collectively, “Services”), you:
- Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, including any applicable Product Addenda or supplemental policies incorporated by reference.
- Consent to enter into this Agreement electronically, and acknowledge that your electronic acceptance carries the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
- Affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
- Understand that your continued access to or use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of the then-current Terms of Use, as they may be updated or modified from time to time in accordance with Section [Modifications & Termination].
- Agree that all disputes arising under or related to this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution, governing law, and jurisdiction provisions contained herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety, you must not purchase, access, or use any Working Women Mentor Services.
Product Addendum 7 Day AI Powered Podcast Launch Course
Relationship to Master Terms
This Addendum is incorporated into and governed by the Working Women Mentor Master Terms of Use. All provisions of the Master Terms apply to the 7 Day AI Powered Podcast Course, referred to as 7DAYAIP. In the event of a conflict, the terms of this Addendum will control.
1. Program Overview
7 Day AIP is a seven day curriculum designed to help you ideate and build and launch one podcast. The Program includes:
- Video modules and PDF workbooks;
- Access to community for our team to support.
- Implementation weeks scheduled at Working Women Mentor’s discretion.
- One (1) podcast review (timing within 30 days of purchase).
Participation requires adherence to the Community Standards (Master Terms §10).
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Pricing Options
- Paid in Full: $497
2.2 Authorization & Recurring Billing
You authorize Working Women Mentor and its processor to charge your payment method for the plan selected at checkout. For payment plans, subsequent installments are charged automatically on or about the same date each month.
2.3 Late Payments; Grace Period; Late Fee
If a scheduled installment fails, you must cure within six (6) days of the due date. After day 6, a $100 late fee applies and Program access may be suspended. Stopping participation does not cancel your payment obligation. Working Women Mentor may refer unpaid balances to collections.
2.4 Chargebacks
The Master Terms Chargeback Policy (Master Terms §3.5) applies. You agree to contact [email protected] to resolve any billing concern before initiating a dispute. “No chargebacks” applies where Working Women Mentor has provided the agreed Program access.
3. Access & Delivery
3.1 Schedule and Drops
Core curriculum is released over 7-9 days from the program start date and implementation weeks set at Working Women Mentor’s discretion.
3.2 Bonuses
Bonuses offered at enrollment are provided at Working Women Mentor’s discretion during the Program term. Working Women Mentor may, in its discretion, offer other bonuses to select groups.
3.3 Lifetime Access (Course Materials)
“Lifetime access” means ongoing access to the original course materials (videos, call recordings, modules, and resources) for as long as the course exists on Working Women Mentor’s platform. It does not include future cohorts, new live sessions, newly created or updated content, or future interactive features. Working Women Mentor may modify or discontinue platform elements at any time.
4. Cancellation
Due to the limited-capacity and scheduled nature of the Program, cancellations are not permitted after enrollment. You remain responsible for all amounts due under your selected plan.
5. Refund Policy (Conditional Guarantee)
5.1 30-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee
Working Women Mentor offers a 30-day conditional guarantee for first-time purchasers who have completed the work to date and do not believe the Program is suitable. To request consideration:
- Email support@Working Women Mentor.com by 11:59 pm PST on day 7 after purchase;
- Include (1) the purchase email and (2) proof of completed work demonstrating a good-faith effort (e.g., assignments, worksheets, audio recordings for intro, outro and one full episode).
Requests are reviewed at Working Women Mentor’s sole discretion. If approved, refunds are processed to the original method within 30 days. If denied, you remain responsible for the full program fee (including remaining installments).
5.2 Finality After Day 7
After day 7, all sales are final and non-refundable for any reason, including dissatisfaction or non-participation. Payment plans must be completed regardless of participation.
6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
You will gain access to Working Women Mentor trade secrets and proprietary materials (e.g., prompts, templates, frameworks, strategies, and technical guidance). You may use Program materials only for your own business and may not share, distribute, license, or repurpose them for sale or client delivery without written permission. (See Master Terms §2.)
7. Testimonials, Recordings & Public Comments
Comments you submit in Kajabi Communities, via testimonial forms, on calls, or on public social media may be used as testimonials in accordance with
Master Terms §9. No expectation of privacy applies in group forums. A worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content is granted under the Master Terms.
8. Conduct & Removal
You must comply with the Community Standards (Master Terms §10). Disparaging, defamatory, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
9. Guest Expert Materials
Guest experts may contribute training or resources. Their views are their own. You agree to hold Working Women Mentor harmless for any claims arising from guest expert content; any concerns must be addressed with the guest expert directly.
10. Intellectual Property
All Program content remains Working Women Mentor’s IP. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal business use only. You may not copy, publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit Program materials or insights, nor share them with non-purchasers. (See Master Terms §2.)
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Working Women Mentor harmless from claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Program, breach of this Addendum or the Master Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or misuse of Working Women Mentor IP.
12. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
The Governing Law & Dispute Resolution provisions in Master Terms §13 apply (Texas law)
13. Limitation of Claims
Any claim or cause of action related to this Program must be filed within one (1) year after it arose or be forever barred, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Amendments
Program-specific updates may occur. Material changes will be noticed per Master Terms §14. Unless stated otherwise, updates apply prospectively and do not change the price or terms of a past purchase.
